This is not like a normal university project. We control the pace! We don’t just design on paper – we build, test, break, and improve. This is engineering in motion. No final PowerPoints. No theoretical limitations. Just real motorsport innovation – designed, manufactured, and tested by driven students.

Design. Build. Test. Race. Repeat.

We are a newly founded Formula Student team from Aarhus University – created by students, for students. Our ambition goes beyond competition results. From mechanical design to electronics, aerodynamics, and business development – we unite students from many disciplines with one shared mission: to engineer the ultimate race car and grow together through real-world experience.

We are a rapidly growing team of 60+ dedicated students from across multiple degree programs at Aarhus University driven by curiosity, learning, and performance. This multidisciplinary force brings diverse skills, from engineering to business, to every stage of the project. We turn ideas into engineering – together.

Formula Student is a global engineering competition where university teams design, build, and test a single-seater, formula-style race car. The competition assesses students on both the car's technical performance in dynamic events and the team's business, project management, and financial planning skills in static events.
